Welcome to Marketplace Lister. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Marketplace Lister ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of Marketplace Lister (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Marketplace Lister helps resellers create listings and publish or export them to third-party marketplaces. The Service does not sell your items and is not a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace or a buyer.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates a marketplace's rules.
• Probe, scan, breach, or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service or other users' data.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except through features we expressly provide (such as team members within your workspace).

4. Marketplaces & Third-Party Services

The Service connects to independent marketplaces and tools that have their own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of every marketplace you use. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any third-party service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, listings, inventory, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

6. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability & Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
